Liz screams a lot. Really, a lot! This is what she looks like when she is screaming. The screams are loud; they rattle and ring my ear drums, but they never last more than a few seconds.

Thankfully, Liz is also content and serene.

Do you know what is different about Kate's smile in this picture? You can't see it, but Kate now has her first filling! Yes, one of those teeth now contains a silver filling. Our candy-loving Kate has a mouth full of cavities. There are three others in there waiting to be drilled and filled too. Yikes!!!
